The 3052 Auto Breeze is heated with the large tubular heating element that carbon brushes sweep against. Gold Medal has recently increased the size of the carbon brushes to have the heat more efficiently carried to the heating element. The Gold Medal 3052 Auto Breeze comes complete with a 26" diameter aluminum floss bowl and whirl grip stabilizer that keeps the cotton candy from floating out of the bowl. The cabinet is stainless steel. This machine is for medium volume applications as it can produce 3-4 cotton candy cones per minute consistently.
